We accept assignments in either soft copy or hard copy form. Every project is divided in terms of content, purpose and format. We also categorize the project based on the customer's requirement (Localization and Globalization). Depending on the subject, a professional expert starts the text translation. We then create glossaries as per the project. After the translation, the project is laid out as per the requirement, whether it is a brochure, profile, or presentation, graphics integration, audio and video etc. Each and every stage is checked in terms of quality . As per the approval, the work is then executed. In order to avoid accidental loss, we are also supported by hard copy back-up. Our translators are highly skilled in a wide range of documents.

Our process includes manual translation with software integration along with proofreading and editing. Besides speed and efficiency, we ensure accuracy, consistency, safety and quality in our translation work.

Translation Process:

• Depending on the volume and schedule, we assign translators for each project.
• We Study the project
• As per the schedule, we plan the work and form teams and divide the work.
• One of the senior translators supervises the language flow and consistency

Proof Reading

• Proof reading is done after translation. This is done as per the approved sample and glossaries
• Run the spell check and grammar
• Work on the formatting.
• As per the requirements, we do the tech support work with software integration. This includes coral draw, frame maker, xml html.
• Editors check the document for the final approval.
• The final document is send to the client.
• Co-ordinator (client service Department) releases the doc to the client.
